ARCI311: Architecture Design
Trimester 1, Third Year
This projects aim was to create a dystopian structure in Mir Mar Peninsulas Kau Bay that deals with a list of issues specified by the Moutukairangi Design Group. These inlcuded climate change, community, energy production, food production & preservation, and flora & fauna.
Due to confronting statistics that have come out recently about sea level rise, I chose to focus my project around a worst case scenario survival tactic.
This city is designed to house the population of Mir Mar. It is equipped with connected pods for different uses such as food production, species preservation, social spaces, work spaces, energy production and more.
